C.1874, Ansonia Brass & Copper Co., "NEW YORK", 8-day time & strike, Victorian style wall clock.
CONDITION:
refinished walnut case. A small carved element just below each column appears to be missing. The small drop finials at the bottom appear to be original, but are not of the same design as those shown in the catalog. Paper dial is a replacement. Paper center of "R-A" pendulum has some wear. Hands replaced. Susp wire needs shortening. A slightly different version of this was made and sold by Geo Jones, NY. Ht. 26"
